What can I say, the next few weeks will prove to be intense.

It seems that Tancredi finally gets his life back in hand. I have many scenes, you begin to feel the end of the season, and all that comes with it. It will be an important season, this season of Ladies’ Paradise. A season that you will remember for a long time.

I also have wonderful news to share with you. On Friday, Dec. 8 (mark it!) from 1 p.m., at the Eur Nuvola in Rome, I will officially present the bookstore edition of “The Divine Adventure.”

It is a special edition, edited by an editor, in which minor changes have been made, both in text and formatting, and especially with a completely new cover that I will unveil during the press conference, which will take place within“Piu libri più liberi” which is the fair of small and medium publishing. Not only will I be presenting the book, but throughout the day I will be there ready to do signacopies, so if you come, please know that I will gladly sign anything!

This will be an important moment for me, where this writing venture I started almost a year ago is slowly coming to life and bearing unhoped-for fruit. “The Divine Adventure” has received so many positive reviews, I really couldn’t ask for more. Thank you all for your unconditional support over the past few months, and if you will come to the presentation, I will be grateful.

For those who cannot be there on December 8, I will also repeat the firmacopie on Sunday 10, again at the cloud, between 2 and 4 pm.

That being said, Christmas is just around the corner. We start buying decorations, we warm our hearts when the lights on the streets above the stores twinkle at night. I use a plastic tree. On the one hand, I’m aware that it’s an anti-ecological monster; on the other, it’s a cut-down tree that doesn’t leave needles everywhere (but also doesn’t give off that wonderful smell) and is super convenient to assemble and disassemble. I promise that when we have decorated it, I will post a picture of it on social media.

Not only Christmas, but also New Year’s Eve! This year we prepared something spectacular for Electra, which I cannot reveal because it is such a secret that we don’t want anyone to know. Let’s just say that we have prepared a long journey to a destination that, when she finds out what it is, I think she will explode in uncontrolled joy. I can’t wait to see her jump with excitement.

And then the new year will come. 2024 will be a year full of surprises. I have chosen to continue doing Ladies’ Paradise for at least one more season. Tancredi, as you will see, will face some great challenges this year, which will test his person. Next year, perhaps, will be a year of rebirth and discovering a piece of his heart that he doesn’t even know where it is, who knows? I look forward to finding out along with the authors.

But before the next season of Paradise, there are two projects I care about that will be released early this year. “La Lunga Notte” in which I play Umberto Secondo di Savoia, and “Margherita delle stelle” in which I play Aldo de Rosa, the husband of Margherita Hack. The dates have not yet been finalized precisely, but it is in the first two months of next year. However, even there, I will let you know everything through the diary and social media.

In short, the artist’s life is full of surprises, of that there is no doubt. Ups and downs, crises and enthusiasms, it is a roller coaster of emotions for which I am grateful, both good and bad.

As Clark Gable said, humorously reflecting on the long and grueling road actors have to travel in their careers, suggesting that the difficulties never really end, despite the apparent “ease” gained through experience:

“Don’t forget that in the acting business only the first 30 years are hard.”

Clark, I’m past 20, 10 more and then I’ll relax!
